Using Our Products and Designs

To submit, upload, or request the use of a photo, logo, artwork, design, engraving, trademark, or other content through KBESNE, you confirm and warrant that:

• The content belongs to you, is licensed to you, or is otherwise legally permitted for your intended use.

• You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses required to reproduce, modify, manufacture, or use the content.

• You are not aware of any third-party claims, disputes, or restrictions relating to the intellectual property you submit.

• The content does not infringe or violate any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, moral, or other legal rights.

• The content does not contain illegal, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

• Any links, files, or external content you provide do not contain malicious software, harmful content, or other material that could compromise our systems or the safety of others.

• The content does not contain material that is discriminatory or offensive based on race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or other protected characteristics.

• You accept responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your submission or use of content that violates the rights of another person or entity.

• KBESNE reserves the right to refuse, reject, suspend, or remove any order, design, or submitted material that we reasonably believe violates this Copyright Declaration or applicable law.

• By submitting content to KBESNE for the creation, customization, or production of a product, you authorize KBESNE to use that content solely as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order and provide the requested service.

• You grant KBESNE permission to photograph finished products created using your submitted designs or materials and to use such photographs for KBESNE's marketing, advertising, portfolio, or social media purposes, unless you notify us otherwise before production.

• KBESNE will not claim ownership of your submitted trademarks, logos, photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property solely because you provided them to us.
